本研究は、パンデミック禍における精神疾患患者および家族にとって適切な精神科外来の支援体制の構築に寄与し、患者と家族の地域生活の促進を図るための精神科外来と地域支援との連携をふまえた包括的支援のあり方を明確にした精神科外来支援指針の策定を最終目的とするものである。
