Outline of Research at the Start

要支援・要介護の高齢者の減少に向け，転倒リスクの低減，とりわけ，転倒しかけた際の瞬時の姿勢制御能力の向上が重要である．本研究では，高齢者における歩行中の瞬時の姿勢制御能力に対する関節運動の要求項目（絶対的/瞬間的な強さ・素早さ・柔軟性）とその決定要因（骨格筋の量・質）を特定する．そして，関節運動の要求項目を強化するためのトレーニング介入により，歩行中の瞬時の姿勢制御能力及び決定要因を向上させるトレーニングプログラムを開発する．
