Outline of Research at the Start

婦人科がんでは、治療が終了した後も他のがん種と比較して活動性が低下しやすいが、周術期から術後の経時的な変化を報告したに関する研究はいまだなく、婦人科がんに特化したリハビリテーションプログラムは開発されていない。
そこで、本研究では、子宮体癌の診断で根治手術の実施患者を対象に前方視コホート研究として、手術前から術後12カ月まで経時的にアンケート調査を実施し、身体活動量・健康関連QOLの変化を明らかにし、身体活動量・健康関連QOLに影響を与える因子を抽出し、２）その結果に基づいてリハビリテーションプログラムを構築・公開し、普及啓発を行うことで、実際の臨床場面への社会実装する予定である。
