Outline of Research at the Start	今世紀は食物アレルギーが世界的に増加し大きな問題となっており、申請者らは食物アレルギーの中で最も頻度の高い鶏卵アレルギーの予防法に世界で初めて成功し、その方法は国内外のガイドラインで紹介されているが、近年ナッツを含む多種の食物アレルギーが増加しており、マルチアレルゲンに対する食物アレルギー予防法の開発が僅僅の課題となっている。乳児の食物アレルギーの3大抗原食物である鶏卵・牛乳・小麦に加え、幼児で急増しているナッツ類とピーナツを含むマルチアレルゲン離乳食レシピを開発し、レシピ食を配布する介入群とレシピ食を配布しないコントロール群で生後１歳時の食物アレルギーの累積発症率を比較する。
