Outline of Research at the Start

近年、加工食品や外食の普及に伴い、全世代でのリン過剰摂取の問題が懸念されている。疫学的にもリンを過剰摂取している人では、心血管疾患の発症率や総死亡率が上昇することが報告されている。本研究では、妊娠可能な若年健常女性で妊娠前や妊娠期間中に日常的なリンの過剰摂取があった場合に子供に与える影響について、マウスを用いて検討する。妊娠前や妊娠期間中のリン過剰摂取が、仔マウスに与える影響とその分子メカニズムの解明に取り組む。これらの研究は、食生活が個体に及ぼす影響を理解するために重要であり、これらの取り組みを進めることで、個別化・精密化された栄養管理を実現するプレシジョン栄養学の研究基盤の確立を目指す。
