Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、データ解析に広範に適用しているホークス型点過程を考慮し、近年登場した各種の拡張Hawkesモデルに対してベイズ型推論を展開する。
a）確率的に欠落した観測データを再構成し、事象の欠測が予測および予測変動範囲に及ぼす影響を評価すること、b）観測が不足している点過程のための適切な推定方法および予測方法を開発し、c）点過程事象の外部変数 のデータが完全でないという条件の下で、因果性の解析と予測のための頑健な統計的モデルを構成する。
上記により、非均質なデータに対応し多分野での応用が可能な多様かつ柔軟に拡張した Hawkesモデルの推定・適合診断分析・予測実施のためのソフトウェアを提供する。
