Outline of Research at the Start

本研究課題では、分散した大規模データに対する高性能な解析手法の開発を目的とし、データ関係性が埋め込まれた局所潜在空間生成を制約条件付きの固有値問題によって定式化する新規解法の理論構築を行うとともに、大規模分散データ解析に応用するための統合解析手法を開発する。開発手法の高性能解法を実装し、材料分野や医療分野、製薬分野等の大規模データに適用しその有効性を検証する。
