Outline of Research at the Start

申請者は、これまでに畜産分野において家畜排せつ物に由来する堆肥や畜産排水がAMR拡散のホットスポットであり、ヒトへ伝播する可能性があることを解明した(科研費基盤B(19H04285))。加えて、AMR対策となる排せつ物処理法を実験室内におけるシミュレーションで解明した。しかしこ、処理の過程において、細菌は大きな集団で相互作用して変動するため、実験室内と野外では異なる結果となる可能性がある。そこで本研究では、AMR対策となり得る新たな処理法を継続してシミュレーションし評価するとともに、野外農場での応用試験を行い、AMR対策として有効な家畜排せつ物処理法を開発し社会実装することを最終目的とする。
