Outline of Research at the Start	気候変動による降雨の極端化や偏在化、災害の頻発により水資源量の不安定性が増し、季節的、地域的な渇水が起きる確率が高まっている。また、サステイナブルな水道事業運営も喫緊の課題である。水供給の不確実性を補い、効率的な水道事業を運営していくためには、フレキシブルな需要マネジメントが必要である。本研究では、近年の水道スマートメータ普及（家庭での水使用量のデジタルデータ化）の動きを活用し、複数の水道事業体と協力しながら、経済的方法と非経済的方法を組み合わせたハイブリッド型のスキームを検証していくことで、水道のDX推進に寄与し、最終的には地域環境に配慮した社会の構築を目指す。
