Outline of Research at the Start

インドネシアの基礎地方自治体をサンプルとし、各自治体の制定する条例の規制の対象や範囲、種類を基に法令マッピングの手法により組成された制度要因に関する変数、地方分権の変数として地方自治体の歳出や歳入の一般政府の歳出や歳入に対する割合、経済変数として自治体の総生産（国内総生産に相当）や衛星照明データを主要な目的変数としてインフレ等その他の制御変数や衛星照明データを自治体の総生産の代理変数として使用して制度・経済・地方分権の間の関係の大きさや因果関係の方向性と隣接する地方自治体の当該自治体への空間的影響をマルチスケール地理的重み付け回帰法により定量的に明らかにする。
