Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、観光のリピーター全般を対象とし、動機に基づくリピーターの定義およびリピート動機の尺度開発を行い、リピート行動の普遍的なモデル化を図る。課題は、Ⅰ)リピーターは国や地域の単位で異なること、しかし国、地域等の単位を定めればいいわけではなく、Ⅱ)何を求めているのかが重要であること、同じ観光地でもリピート動機が異なることである。また、旅行後の顧客エンゲージメント(CE)が高く他者の訪問意向に影響を与える訪問客を明らかにすることで、旅行後のCEを高めるよう訪問客とコミュニケーションを図り、新規客や別のリピーターを増やせる可能性もある。以上の課題について調査分析を行い、モデル化を図る。
