Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は，小児肺微小構造における力学現象を，周産期の肺の成熟に伴う形態変化と力学場の関係という観点から解明することにより，小児肺バイオメカニクス研究を進展させ，肺発生研究や新生児肺治療の基盤形成を目指す．研究小課題として①マウス仔肺微小構造形態変化の定量化，②肺微小構造成長の数理形状モデリング構築，③周産期肺微小構造における力学場の推定を設定し，サブプロジェクト：研究①：マウス仔肺微小構造形態の放射光CT計測・解析，研究②：周産期肺微小構造成長モデリング，研究③：周産期肺微小構造の計算力学解析を実行することで課題解決を図る．
