Outline of Research at the Start

抗体薬物複合体分子の中で特徴的な構造を持った官能基に注目し、軟X線吸収スペクトルによる化学イメージング測定を行い、高空間分解能（<1μm）で低分子薬物の局在と量の定量化を行う。低分子薬物は、蛍光標識では薬効が変化し、また特異的な検出試薬もないため、その薬物動態解析は現在の技術では放射光軟X線イメージングが唯一可能性を持っている。本研究では、次世代放射光におけるイメージング分光技術を腫瘍細胞に適応することで、次世代の抗体薬物複合体開発にとって重要な知見を得ることを目的とする。
