Outline of Research at the Start

ucfDNAの断片omics解析を目標として，過渡等速電気泳動(tITP)による短鎖で高収率のDNA抽出法，ならびに， 次世代シーケンシング(NGS)にてDNAの断片化状態を損なうことなく解読する方法を開発する．具体的には，申請者がこれまでに構築した過渡等速電気泳動(tITP)による体液からのcfDNA濃縮→分離→抽出技術をベースに，ucfDNAの高収率・短鎖選択的抽出（あるいは精製）技術を確立する．さらに，断片化の情報を残しうる複数のNGSライブラリ調製法を経て得られたucfDNAのシーケンシング結果を統合することで，感染症，とくに結核に特徴的なucfDNAの断片化状態を明らかにする．
