Specific Aim 1: Elucidating how LPAT4 is regulated by ER stress.

Specific Aim 2: Investigating a correlation between the root hair density and ER stress tolerance.

Specific Aim 3: To elucidate how LPAT4-derived PA regulates root hair growth in response to ER stress through a lipid (PA)-protein interaction.
