To achieve a more green, short step and flexible synthesis, we sought to develop a chemo-enzymatic hybrid process of ET-743 (A marketed anticancer drug) and its variants by integrating the advantages of versatile chemical synthesis and expeditious and environmentally benign enzymatic conversions.
