Outline of Research at the Start

①移植可能な濃度勾配を持つ細胞生体材料マイクロアレイ(CBMA)の作製法の開発：作製するポンプ集積化ピペットや単一ノズルを利用する。100nLスケールの細胞と試料の活性を保ったまま，PDMSマイクロアレイへ格子状に配置する方法を構築する。
②生体外in vitro/ex vivoでのハイスループット実験システム実証：作製したCBMAを利用し，環境下で形状を保つ条件を探索する。ゲル内部に溶液が循環し，血液中で血栓が生じずに培養可能であるか確認する。
③生体内in vivoでのハイスループット実験システム実証：生体外で準備したCBMAを移植する。 生体内のCBMAを取り出し，組織切片を評価する。
