Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では金属磁性体に幅数十ナノメートルの狭窄部分を設け、電流により磁化発振を行うスピンホールナノオッシレータ(SHNO)素子を調べる。近年、SHNO素子を複数近接させて作製する事により高品質な高周波磁場生成が可能であることが示された。同期発振により磁性体から生じる高周波磁場スペクトルの狭帯域化と高出力化が可能である。本研究では特に、アレイ化SHNO素子の発振特性の素子ジオメトリ依存性を調べ、高効率かつ高品質な高周波磁場源としてのアレイ化SHNO素子作製のための要素技術を確立する。
