Outline of Research at the Start

本研究課題では、新奇窒化物材料に関する国際共同研究を推進することで、それらの結晶成長メカニズムおよび構造と物性の関係性を解明することを目指す。結晶成長の科学と基礎物性を明らかにした上で、強誘電性と超伝導を窒化物半導体に付与するデバイス設計指針を打ち立て、世界に先駆けて窒化物半導体の機能拡張を実現する。
