Outline of Research at the Start

ゲノム異常を有する造血細胞が健常者にもクローン性造血として見られることが報告されている。そこで、がん免疫療法の効果に重要な腫瘍浸潤リンパ球とこのクローン性造血の関係性、さらにその異常とがん免疫療法の効果・副作用などの臨床的な意義を明らかにする目的で本研究を行う。特に我々の持つ解析技術と海外研究者の解析技術を融合させ、海外でこそ解析可能な検体にまでアプローチし明らかにする。本研究結果から発がんリスクやその機序、がん免疫療法自体の効果・副作用や耐性機序などが解明でき、新たなバイオマーカー、治療方法、副作用・リスク予防に繋がる。
