Outline of Research at the Start

卵巣癌による癌死を低減するには、予防、早期発見、早期治療が重要になり、そのためには発癌メカニズムの解明が重要である。我々は、国際共同研究において、ヒト正常卵管、初期卵巣癌の解析基盤となる国際的なオルガノイドのプラットフォームを構築し、ヒト正常卵管から初期癌にかけての多段階におけるオルガノイドを用いた統合的オミックス解析を行う。さらに卵巣癌の発癌過程を模倣した解析系を構築し、卵巣癌発癌モデルにおいて化合物の活性評価をするためのアッセイ系基盤の構築、発癌機序の解明及び薬剤スクリーニングを行うことにより、先制的な予防治療薬を開発する。
