Outline of Research at the Start

代表者・浅井が，これまでに津波被害を対象として培ってきた高度な粒子法解析技術（日本側の独自技術①）と，全地球の台風・ハリケーン予測技術として米国FEMAでも運用実績のあるADCIRC（米国分担者の独自技術）を融合することで，世界で例のない高潮・台風被害の予見技術へと発展させる。加えて，ミレニアム台風（従来基準では千年に1回の確率の台風，温暖化のため発生確率が急上昇）から，避難に必要なリードタイム以内に避難誘導に資する即時的な被害情報を提供するため，外挿予測が可能な（日本側の独自技術②）新奇な機械学習（IsoGCN，PINN）と重畳することで，経験のない甚大な被害のリアルタイム予見に挑む。
