Outline of Research at the Start	世界中で展開されている人的資本理論に基づいた教育収益率モデルの研究に関し、職業教育が、現代労働市場で通用するディセントワークを育成しようとしている点に焦点を当て、途上国での現地適合性を考察、特殊な労働市場文脈に応じた教育収益率の最適化を図ることである。このため本研究では、経済規模や経済成長率が多様化してきている国々の労働市場の文脈で理想とされる教育収益率モデルを確立すべく、「新・教育収益率の拡張モデルへのアプローチ方法」を構築する。分析では、徹底した定量分析に加え、現地フィールドワークも実施、比較事例研究を行う。
