Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、これまで標準という概念が存在しない円管乱流に関して乱流強度分布におけるスケーリング則を基に「乱流標準」を確立することを目的した基課題を発展させるべくドイツ物理工学研究所（PTB）との共同研究を行う。日本の水大流量国家標準設備において得られた3方向速度成分の乱流強度分布とそれに関するスケーリング則についてPTBの高温実験設備との国際比較を行い、乱流標準としての確立を目指す。更に、申請者が開発したレーザードップラー流速計(LDV)に関する種々の補正方法についてPTBが所有する高空間分解能LDVを用いて妥当性や適用範囲についての検証を行う。
