Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、無機元素(無機イオン)が細胞を活性化する機能を活用した新規バイオアダプティブ材料の創製に向けて、基課題で開発した生体用液相法リン酸塩ガラスのミクロ～マクロ形状を設計するための国際共同研究を実施する。渡航前は液相法リン酸塩ガラスの焼結性向上を目指し、ガラス組成・網目構造を検討する。渡航先では、気孔径の異なる複層構造を有するガラス多孔体およびミクロ～マクロレベルに形状を制御した非秩序なハニカム形状の多孔体を作製する。帰国後には渡航先で作製した液相法リン酸塩ガラス多孔体の細胞足場材料としての特性について、細胞実験より評価を実施する。
