Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、標識母体構造を改変することで、合成工程数を減らし、かつ精製工程をより簡便な手法で実施できるような新規薬剤の開発を目的とする。本研究の遂行にあたっては、高頻度、高放射能の211At実験による検討が必要となる他、前駆体や標識体の合成から生物評価までの多数の実験項目を効率よく実施する必要がある。そこで、国際共同研究により国内では構築不可能な強力な211At実験体制を構築し、臨床応用に有効な悪性黒色腫治療用211At標識薬剤の開発を目指す。
