Outline of Research at the Start	筋萎縮性側索硬化症（ALS）は致死性の神経変性疾患で、異常形成したストレス顆粒によるタンパク質凝集体形成が原因の一つである。基課題研究成果から、ALSの原因となる異常なストレス顆粒形成に関与する遺伝子を同定することができた。本研究では、最新の超解像顕微鏡法およびと質量分析法などの手法により、ストレス顆粒の形成異常の誘導メカニズムを解明する。
