Outline of Research at the Start	骨軟部腫瘍の治療成績は不良であり、転移の進行した症例の5年生存率は約30%に留まる。適切な集学的治療のため、診断、再発予測、治療効果判定を低侵襲かつ早期に行える手法、新規治療が全世界的に求められている。この課題を解決する糸口として、申請者は、血液検体を用いた解析手法の開発などの成果を得た。今回、ユタ大学整形外科と遺伝子改変肉腫マウスモデルの技術を取り入れ、融合遺伝子に着目した肉腫の治療標的、バイオマーカーの開発を進め、集学的治療開発と基課題研究成果の国際展開を目指す。
