Outline of Final Research Achievements

In our research, we developed novel functional Py-Im polyamide conjugates based on molecular design of DNA alkylating Py-Im polyamide conjugates.
In fact, we added various biological function to Py-Im polyamide conjugates in cell application by the chemical modification for the specific regulation of gene expression. And, we reported the results of our research.
