Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In order to realize protecting group-free environmentally friendly synthetic processes, we developed the following catalytic systems, which can reverse innate reactivity of functional groups in a catalytic manner. (1) chemoselective acylation reactions of alcohol over amine catalyzed by zinc, cobalt, or iron catalyst, (2) chemoselective conjugate addition of alcohol over amine catalyzed by cupper catalyst, and (3) chemoselective and enantioselective alkynylation of ketimine over aldehyde and aldimine.
