Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, we found that prostaglandin (PG) E2 stimulates sex-specific neural circuit formation by regulating cytoskeleton in preoptic neurons. Moreover, we revealed in zebrafish that PGF2alpha activates selective neural circuit and induces male reproductive behavior by acting on particular type of olfactory receptors.
