Outline of Final Research Achievements

We showed the possibility that Aβ43, an essential molecule for pathological process of Alzheimer’s disease, could induce channel activity. Also, we successfully prepared Aβ oligomers by PICUP (photo-induced cross-linking of unmodified proteins) method and established the purification procedure with HPLC.
