Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Peer-to-peer system is a promising solution to manage huge amount of information, but similarity search over whole networks is a challenging problem. Existing methods that have ability of similarity search over whole network work only with low-dimensional data. In this research, we aim at realizing similarity search for very high-dimensional data. We proposed methods using unstructured overlay network and structured overlay network, and confirmed the effectiveness by experiments using real data.
