Outline of Final Research Achievements |
For SNP data that is major marker on DNA data, we focus to identify LD block using Echelon analysis, then we got our original solution. Second, we discussed to apply Echelon analysis for gene-network data. Third, we applied the above method to Public Health data, then we got an important result.
