A safety experimental program to learn basic knowledge and measuring technique on radioactive rays was planned and carried out in this study. Using the Internet, remote controlled equipments for radiation measurement were designed, which enabled learners to concentrate on the learning without concern about radiation exposure. Finally, a class on radiation protection or another class on characteristic of radiation detector was opened for university students.
