This research focuses on personnel management practices in the financial industry considering the promoting active participation by women and analyzes the changes in gender-based management. The division of personnel intend to promote diversity management for globalization. It targets women managers, introduces support systems for balance between work and family life, and attempts to correct long working hours, especially for men.
