How dose gender norm effect on job choice by women care worker? We researched on three areas in Japan ( Hokkaido, Yamagata, Kagoshima ) by hearing and questioner. In our research, we found that gender norm influences on how women care worker work in a home and their place of work. Gender norm makes them shorten their hours of work because of their housework a sense of duty.
