This study set up the purpose for investigating new historical materials of the all-out war period in the Sino-Japanese War. Another purpse of this study is what I analyze the war brought any society transformation. I carried out an investigation in Modern History Reserch Institute of Chinese Social Studies Academy,Shanghai City Archives, Wuhan City Archives, American National Archives, British National Archives.
Based on the historical materials, I analyzed the relation between Japanese southing theory and the development processes with the war to China, the Japan and the United States outbreak of war to Chongqing strategy, a process of the conflict over the continent strategy. I studied that paid attention to having let precipitate enormous refugees just in time all-out war destroyed a community.
I held an international workshop related to a problem directly during a study period in Niigata University. I was able to announce a part of the result of my study there.
