One character of modern administrative document at goverment office is that,
original archivs and documents,undergo consideration and decision ,keep on file
in integrity state,by bundle documents.In this study,I propose to look at the advance of documents administration and management documents in nineteenth century,for the Hagihan,matushirohan,Kumamotohan.
