Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This research considered privacy invasion from a theoretical and a empirical perspectives. In a theoretical analysis, we could show conditions to remedy socially excessive information, causing privacy invasion, in mapping services on the Website by using a tax scheme. In an empirical analysis, we collected samples about an anxiety of Street View in Thailand and Taiwan. It showed that 30 to 40 % of users (including potential users) were afraid of such a service.
