This Study aims to clarify what is nesessary in order to prevent disputes before the occur and, if such disputes do occer, minimize losses as much as possible before the disputes are prolonged and magnified in a capitalist economy in which such phenomena cannot be eliminated and, moreover, in a state of affairs in which the interests of employees and employers are strictly opposed. The researcher set forth the following three items as subjects of this study. A: the function of managers with regard to economic dismissal. B: portrait of employee leaders confronted with the task of resolving disputes concerning economic dismissal. C: a system for providing and training personnel capable of taking the functions made in the first item and leadership roles made clear in the second item.
