Outline of Final Research Achievements

We have constructed an energy dispersive X-ray reflectometer combined with ATR-FTIR system. The reflectivity data were obtained with high resolution even
by use of a conventional x-ray tube. The reflectometer equipped achieved x-ray reflectivity towards 10-5 with the integration time of only 10 sec. We have also succeeded to perform X-ray diffraction and FT-IR simultaneously. having enormous potential for various measurements.
