Outline of Final Research Achievements |
During the research period of three years, I developed the following four types of deydrogenetive couplings for synthesizing useful organosilicon compounds: 1) zinc Lewis acid-catalyzed dehydrogenative N-silylation of N-unsubstituted indoles; 2) zinc Lewis acid-catalyzed dehydrogenative C3-silylation of N-substituted indoles; 3) zinc Lewis acid-catalyzed dehydrogenative silylation of terminal alkynes; 4) zinc Lewis acid-catalyzed dehydrogenative silylation of indenes.
