Outline of Final Research Achievements |
A prediction method ofgalling generation on die and product surface in press forming has been developed by using a newly devised square cup drawing test. In this method, the temperature and sliding distance are considered as the control factors of galling generation. The predicted results show a good agreement with the experimental results.
