Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The person with spinal cord injury (SCI) at risk of hyperthermia or hypothermia tends to refrain from going out. By the prediction system of the body temperature, such risk can be reduced. In this study, a prototype computer application was developed to predict the body and skin temperatures by the thermoregulation simulation model of SCI. And the concept of thermal environmental profile for the disabled and the environmental weak person was proposed.
