Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Proteasome is a essential protease complex that is conserved in eukaryotes. Recently, we identified PI31 as a novel proteasome function modifier. We observed PI31 knockdown fly shows signify defect in development and cell homeostasis. We conducted the biochemical study about PI31 and generated the PI31 conditional knockout mice.
