Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Integrin specific peptide-type RGD (Arg-Gly-Asp) ligands were synthesized in order to visualize therapeutic effect of antiangiogenic agents in rat model. Integrin specific peptide-type RGD ligands was considered to be promising tool for monitering therapeutic effect of antiangiogenic agents.
