Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Normal-appearing brain tissue (NABT) is a factor for movement disorder and higher dysfunction of Multiple sclerosis(MS). We used Diffusional tensor imaging, DKI and QSI to evaluate NABT of MS. DTI, DKI, QSI can detect abnormality of NABT, and are helpful for diagnosis, prognosis and therapy evaluation.
