Outline of Final Research Achievements |
cell cycle, DNA double strand break, intracell-metabolism, mechanism of radioresistance for GRP78 were verified using glioblastoma stem cell knockdowned GRP78 specifically by siRNA. Radiosensitization of glioblastoma stem cell were measured by GRP78 knockdown in vivo.
