Outline of Final Research Achievements |
BRCA1 gene is identified as one of anti-cancer gene against breast cancer. The function of BRCA1 is regulated by its status of phosphorylation, and PP6 is thought to be involved in this regulation. In this experiment, we firstly showed that PP6 functions as anti-oncogene in vivo.
